Setting the scene: Come in out of the cold to a cosy room glowing with candles and a crackling fire. Get completely absorbed into the dark and mystical world of Ancient Scotland while nourishing yourself with hearty grub and delicious wine.
Oh Macbeth. How on earth does someone go from being ‘brave Macbeth’ to a ‘dead butcher’ in 5 acts?! Come and find out. This play is so atmospheric you can almost smell the heather.
We will read MACBETH at Claire’s cosy home in Islington and then go to DOC X LONDON to watch the extraordinary RALPH FIENNES play the title character, directed by SIMON GODWIN.
